Whipped Dandelion Honey Butter

Simple and very unique, Dandelion Honey Butter will be your new favorite flavored butter.

Flavored butters are a delightful addition to my homemade breads, and they hold a special place during the holiday season. Elevating the ordinary table butter with unique flavors is a true joy.

Creating these delectable butters is incredibly simple. All it takes is a small amount of unsalted butter, your desired flavor, and a pinch of salt. Among my personal favorites is honey butter, which adds a delightful touch of sweetness to the rich and creamy spread. To achieve this, I decided to experiment with my own version by using my Poor Man's Honey. The resulting combination surpassed my expectations, surpassing the use of actual honey. The subtle hints of brown sugar and dandelion infuse this butter with a deliciously addictive flavor, perfect for slathering on morning toast or biscuits.

Dandelion Honey Butter

¼  cup unsalted butter, room temp.

1 TBSP poor man’s honey

1 tsp  kosher salt

In a small mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients.

With a hand mixer or whisk, beat everything together until the butter is light and creamy.

Enjoy the whipped butter at room temperature on your favorite bread and enjoy.

It honestly couldn’t be simpler!
